The Ontario premier has announced an extension to the lockdown earlier today and has implemented a stay at home order.
So, are you going to wait and see if it ends there and hopefully get back to “it” when you are allowed to venture out in public again; Or keep progressing, maybe jus get things going by actually putting in the effort required to reach YOUR goals?
It doesn’t matter what your goals are, Weight Loss, Increased Strength, General Fitness … you still need to put in the work to get there.
So, until the health and fitness industry is no longer deemed “recreational” by the government and seen as “essential” in lessening the burden on the healthcare system, we are going to make the most out of it by working together to keep progressing and closing in on your goals with remote coaching.

Sure, we just got through the holiday indulgences, even more reason to get moving and making healthy choices right now. Try to get enough sleep, eat what you know you should eat and keep active with regular exercise.
