Youth Athletics Program

We have distinct programs for ages 5-12 and 12-17, led by caring CrossFit Certified Coaches. Designed using the “Brand X Method” our programs lead children through age-appropriate structured movement patterns and help them apply these in various games and challenges. Your child will expend their energy, keep fit and have a blast with friends!
