Say “No” in 2025

What you don’t do is as important as what you do. Have you ever promised yourself that you’re going to make a big change in your health and fitness and then come up with a list of all the things you need to do to make it happen? Equally as important are the things that you’re not going to do anymore. This includes things like:

  • Eating takeout food more than X times a week
  • Sitting on the couch (or in the gaming chair) for X hours every night
  • Skipping meals
  • Staying up till midnight (or later) when you have to go to work in the morning
  • Saying “yes” to commitments you don’t have the time or bandwidth for

What will you be saying “no” to this year?
