How Do I Get Started?

If you’ve been thinking about getting fitter and/or healthier, figuring out where to start can feel overwhelming. The best way to start is to keep it simple.

Just pick one thing and do it. This could be getting regular exercise, starting to cut sugar from your diet, getting to bed a little earlier (or getting up a little earlier) or replacing your afternoon vending snack with a piece of fruit. Once you’ve been consistent with that first change for a few weeks and are feeling confident with it, then you can add a new change.
