Overcommitting is a tricky trap a lot of many people into when making changes in their health and fitness. Because even though overcommitting starts with the best of intentions, and we want to dive in headfirst with a complete lifestyle makeover, we all too often get overwhelmed, exhausted, and end up quitting. The key is to make just 1-2 small changes at a time. That way they can become part of your everyday life so you can stick with them without a lot of effort.
