1. Make your bed every day

Research shows that people who make their bed every morning are more likely to report having a good night of sleep.

Changing sheets regularly also is linked to better sleep.

2. Get rid of everything nonessential in your bedroom – the less clutter, the better! Eliminating clutter and anything not related to sleep (if possible) is also linked with longer, sounder sleep!
