Fun Fit Birthday Parties

Give your kid a cool birthday party experience that’ll have them and their friends boasting about to others! Instead of having a bunch of energetic kids bouncing off the walls of your house, have them get active with our exciting, specialized equipment and try new things.

Here’s what will happen:

Fun free-play activities at arrival and departure
Energetic warm up/ice breaker game
A 2nd warm up honouring the birthday person
Instruction period to learn and practice various CrossFit movements, suited for the age of party participants
A high energy workout using the movements just learned
A cool down period with stretches
A group photo
Mealtime and birthday cake
Gift time and an active wrap up game
Event time is estimated at 3 hours

Here’s what we’ll do:

- Decorate our gym area with balloons and streamers
- Provide party tableware
- Provide an expert youth CrossFit Coach to lead all activities
- Give your party participants an active, exciting and memorable experience

Here’s what you’ll do:

- Provide the food – we suggest ordering pizza to arrive at the mealtime and bringing a cake

$275.00 plus HST for a 3-hour event for groups up to 12
