Saturday May 24, 2025, 9:00-4:00

We’ve successfully hosted beginner friendly, yet challenging competitions, like the Festivus Games many times and we’re excited to bring you an even better experience! Pairs of any gender will face-off through workouts which have been carefully designed to be equitable, and accessible, yet tough. You’ll know the movement standards and what judges are looking for in advance to ensure you’re prepared to do your best.

This competition is for Novice and Intermediate athletes, and we’ll have special divisions for teens and masters age groups. We want this to be an enjoyable and supportive experience, especially for those new to functional fitness and competitions.

We’ll have food for purchase on site from Lakelands Diet Delivery, as well as free massage, chiro and physio from Modern Health and Performance. Be sure to invite your family and friends to cheer you on for this high energy day.

The entry fee is just $100 per person. There are just 108 spots available, so register soon at the button below, to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun. Our registration deadline is Saturday May 10th.

Further details are linked below, and check out pix and videos from our recent events, April 2024 and October 2023

Additional Event Details

Divisions

We have Novice and Intermediate divisions for Teens, Masters and a general adult age group. Please review our Division Selection Criteria document carefully to find which most closely matches your skills and abilities. To ensure the competition is fair and equitable, your Participation Agreement will include the following statement: “I confirm that I have selected the appropriate division for myself with integrity, aligned with the descriptions in the Division Selection Criteria document."

Workouts

Our workouts have been carefully designed to provide an accessible, yet challenging competition which is equitable no matter the makeup of your team. You’ll see different expectations for each division and gender, as well as some alternatives, so a particular movement you can’t do won’t stop you from participating. Check out the Workouts document for full details. Closer to the event, we’ll add a video to this webpage which provides demonstration and clear standards for each movement, so you can ensure you’re doing things properly. You’ll learn what our judges will be looking for to make sure every rep counts.

Prizes

In addition to first, second and third place medals, our podium winners will get some extra rewards! On top of that, we’ll have many door prizes drawn at the end of the event which all present athletes will be eligible for. Check out our Prizes document to see what we have lined up so far, but check back again, as we’re still gathering donations from our generous event sponsors.

Sponsors

We’re incredibly grateful to our very generous sponsors who are assisting us with our athlete prizes. Check out our Sponsors document to see who they are, what they’ve provided and be sure to show them some love by visiting their websites to learn more about their services and products.

Registration deadline is Saturday May 10th!
